Ever since the news broke that Big Feed will be partnering with TRNSMT this year, we can't help but find ourselves getting just as excited about planning our food as we are seeing the stage acts.

To help you do the same, and make sure you have your dream dinner time line-up sorted, here's a closer look at each of the confirmed traders for the weekend.

Firedog

It's hard to miss this bright red fire-engine style food truck.

Sound the alarm for flavours that are just as bold with their burgers, loaded nachos and hot dogs like the El Patron which is an 'XXL Imported Smoked Sausage topped with Firedog Beef Chilli, Jalapeno and Grated Cheese.'

Nomad Wood Fired Pizza

The team behind Firebird in the West End decided to take their pizza-making expertise on the road with Nomad in 2013, travelling all over Scotland to serve specials like their 'Nduja Spicy Smoked Sausage with Roasted Red Pepper'.

They even offer vegan cheese and gluten-free options so no one has to miss out on a freshly baked slice.

Rafa's

If you're looking for some fresh and vibrant Mexican inspired street food with an American twist then head to Rafa's.

Owner Gregor Forest left Scotland for sunny Arizona for a child but has now returned to bring mouthwatering dishes like Pork Belly Tacos to the people of Glasgow.

Mac Love

Insta perfect tubs of Macaroni and Cheese are the order of the day at Mac Love.

It's not all about looks for these pasta pros who dish out some seriously tasty-sounding takes on the comfort food classic such as their 'Bacon Mac with Crispy Bacon, Basil Pesto, Parmesan and Cripsy Onions.'

Let face it, there's never a wrong time to have a portion of carbs and cheese.

Stag Bites The Hog

Top-quality meat dishes take the stage at Stag Bites The Hog which operates from a bright orange van dubbed 'Ronnie' by its owners.

We reckon their Boozy Beef Sarnie with 'Braised Brisket, Ale Onions, Scottish Cheddar and Whole Grain Mustard Mayo in a Brioche Bun' would more than set you up for a day of dancing.

Hector and Harriet

The perfect choice for an afternoon pick me up, Hector and Harriet are all about serving artisan coffees, hot drinks and light snacks.

A quick cuppa is always a good plan - although we do have our fingers crossed for Iced Latte weather.

The Caravan of Courage

Long gone are the days of veggies having to survive festivals on chips alone.

A plant-based haven, The Caravan of Courage, will sort you out with anything from nutritious 'Sunshine bowls' to naughty vegan junk foods like Hot dogs, Burgers or 'Cheesey' potatoes.

Rost

If you want a street food experience that uses the best of local Scottish produce then look no further than Rost.

They've created unique menu options like a 'Peanut Butter Crunch Pheasant Burger with a Milk Bun, Buttermilk Fried Pheasant, Crispy Bacon and Maple Mayo' for Big Feed in the past so we can't wait to see what they're cooking up for TRNSMT.

Papa Mac's Gourmet Kitchen

Papa Mac's is a family run business with a base at Elderslie Golf Club.

They cater to large events and have even catered to some of the biggest movie shoots in Glasgow.

This weekend they're taking their trusty food truck on the road to offer festival-goers refined food at affordable prices like their 'Buttermilk Chicken Burger with Dingwall Haggis Pakora, Spiced Caramalised onions and Pepper Sauce.'

If the thought of that doesn't make you hungry we're not sure what will...

Kochchi

Big Feed regulars Kochchi Sri Lankan Street Food will make up for all your previous sad burger fan festival experiences.

Full of rich flavours and spice their 'Original Chicken Kothu with Succulent Pieces of Chicken cooked in Whole Cinnamon, Cardamom and Coconut Milk' is sure to put a smile on your face for the while weekend.
