A Renfrewshire business centre is set to close with dozens of companies being forced to relocate.
St James Business Centre in Linwood will be closing its doors with those based in the complex reportedly being told to move out by April 9.
It is believed around 48 businesses are based in the centre.
In a letter, seen by the Glasgow Times, the owners claimed the reason for the closure is due to the building "reaching the end of its economic life span".
Tenants were "thanked" for being a "highly valued occupier" at St James Business Centre and the letter went on to say tenancies were not coming to an end as a result of not being wanted as an occupier.
The letter further states that small suites in buildings at the nearby Phoenix Business Park and St James Business Park will be available.
Those who choose to move their businesses to these units are being offered two months rent-free as an "incentive" to "assist with relocation and disruption costs".
Some owners were handed the letter last Wednesday, February 7, whilst others received it on Thursday, February 8.
Business owners are being told that the new suites will be ready in April, however, one business claims that they are being left in "limbo" as it cannot be confirmed if the new area will accommodate them just yet.
All owners are being asked to submit their requirements for the suites by Monday, February 19, when the options for space will then "be ready for circulation".
