The below clip contains strong language.
Janey Godley has launched a furious rant at those defending the former Prime Minister.
The comedian was not happy at apparent claims that 'everyone broke the rules' at the height of the pandemic, as Boris Johnson is being investigated to determine whether he deliberately misled parliament over the partygate scandal.
And amid the investigation, Godley took to Twitter to fume at people she felt were excusing the scandal.
She said: "I'm absolutely f****** sick of hearing 'we all broke the rules, Boris broke the rules but we all broke the rules' - maybe you did, but I didn't. The people in my family didn't."
She went on to say she couldn't attend her friend's funeral and had to wait seven months for a vital operation.
She added: "Don't include me in your s**** ... all lies to try and get Boris off with something."
I didn’t break the rules, I had to wait seven weeks for a cancer operation as I had covid at the time and that was the rules ( you had to wait 7 weeks if you had covid) - the cancerous cyst burst inside me waiting to be removed SO NO I DIDN’T BREAK THE RULES pic.twitter.com/ftqlM4Xj6S

The video prompted an emotional response from Twitter users, with on person writing: "I didn’t break the rules. My dad died during covid and couldn’t give him the funeral he would have wanted."
Another wrote: "I didnt break the rules either. I was isolated in my house for 5 months shielding, my vulnerable adult son didn't even go outside into the garden."
