A huge 999 presence was spotted at a Glasgow train station.
British Transport Police vehicles and an ambulance were blue-lighted to Glasgow Central shortly before 3pm on Thursday.
An image shared with the Glasgow Times shows the emergency vehicles parked at the station's Gordon Street entrance.
An eyewitness revealed that they saw officers 'marching through the station and down the escalators'.
They added: "It just seems odd, that many police."
British Transport Police and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
