UPDATED LINE HERE: Person taken to hospital following incident at Glasgow station
A railway line has been closed in both directions due to an ongoing incident.
Network Rail Scotland took to X, previously known as Twitter, to say they were responding to an incident in the Hyndland area of the city.
They added that emergency services were on site and updates will be provided as soon as possible.
The nature of the incident is currently unknown.
We are responding to an incident in the Hyndland - Partick area, emergency services are on site at this time and the line is currently closed in both directions. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible, Please follow @ScotRail for service updates.

ScotRail added that services to and from Hyndland will be subject to alteration and cancellation at this time.
But, they said they have arranged for rail tickets to be accepted on Glasgow Subway routes at no extra cost.

British Transport Police and Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
