FRENCH side Toulouse have reportedly made a transfer enquiry to Celtic over the availability of Stephen Welsh.
It's claimed the Ligue 1 club have been in contact with Parkhead chiefs after developing interest in the Scottish youth international.
Sky Sports News report Toulouse are keen on a move for Welsh this summer and have contacted Celtic over the possibility of any deal.
But it's reported Celtic are not interested in a transfer negotiation with Ange Postecoglou hopeful of Welsh - who still has three years on his deal - remaining a part of his first-team squad.
The latest transfer report comes after Celtic rejected advances from Udinese over a loan with option-to-buy deal from Udinese in January.
The Serie A side were interested in a move for the Scotland under-21 skipper but any bids were booted out by the Celtic hierarchy.
