PATRICK - Jane 11/11/1952 - 26/12/2016, wife, mother and gran. You went to sleep so quickly Jane, Oh how we feel the grief and pain. We find it hard to understand why you had to go, Loving and missing you every day, We can't quite believe it's been three years ago today, Until we meet again, Our beloved Jane.
