Barratt Homes and Rochpion Properties (4) LLP (the Co-operative Group) give notice that it is proposed to apply for planning permission for:
Residential development to include access, roads, open space, landscaping, drainage and other ancillary development and site for Park & Ride at land to the north of Monkton between Kilmarnock Road, Monkton Cemetery and A77/A78 Dutch House Roundabout

Monkton Village Hall (also known as the Carvick Webster Hall) at the junction of Main Street/Kilmarnock Road in Monkton
WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE 2019 BETWEEN 4PM - 8PM
It is intended to submit a planning application for the proposed development later in 2019. The Exhibition will illustrate the proposed approach to development and representatives of the applicant will be on hand to explain the proposal. There will be an opportunity to provide comment on feedback forms at the Exhibition, or to follow up with written comments to
. The applicant will take all comments into consideration in progressing toward the submission of a formal planning application. Comments should be received by Wednesday 31st July 2019.
Important: Comments made are not representations to the planning authority (South Ayrshire Council). If a planning application is submitted there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority at that time.
