The proposed development at Kilmarnock Road, Monkton is subject to assessment under the Town & Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental
Impact Assessment Report and Addendum
have been submitted to South Ayrshire Council by Persimmon Homes Ltd and Dawn Homes Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of erection of residential development, formation of access roads, landscaping and infrastructure notified to you under the
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland)
Regulations 2013 on 25/06/2019.
Possible decisions relating to the application are (i) approval of the application without
conditions; (ii) approval of the application with
conditions; (iii) refusal of the application.
A copy of the EIA Report and other documents
submitted with the application may be
inspected online, or at Burns House, Burns Statue Square, Ayr KA7 1UT between 0845-1645 (Mon-Thurs) and 0845-1600 (Fri) until
