Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at 292 – 298 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RU for Erection of mixed development with potential for Retail (Class 1), Food and Drink (Class 3), Business (Class 4), Hotel (Class 7), Houses (Class 9), flats (Sui Generis) and ancillary works.

A public meeting will be held at St Columba’s Gaelic Church, 300 St Vincent Street, G2 between 3pm – 7pm on 4th December 2019.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 13th December 2019
