Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant:
Proposed development at former council depot, 6 - 32 Greenholme Street, Cathcart, Glasgow by Westpoint Homes Ltd for the Erection of Residential Development and associated parking and landscaping.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, a public consultation will be held online at https://westpointhomes.net/greenholme-street-cathcart/ for a period of 21 days from 19th May until 9th June 2020 and will include a day of live interaction on 19th May between the hours 10am until 4pm where members of the project team will be available to respond to questions submitted.
