TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at Southloch Street, Petershill, Glasgow, G21, for a new build residential development of circa. 84 flats together with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure. A public consultation event consisting of an online question and answer session will be held between 1pm and 4pm on Wednesday 2nd December 2020. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
