COLINBAR CIRCLE, BARRHEAD (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD) ORDER 2021
On the 8 January 2021 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The restriction authorised by this Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months, as prescribed by legislation. The restriction is necessary in order to facilitate the essential Scottish Water utility works being carried out on or near this road. The Order authorises the closure of Colinbar Circle to vehicular traffic, and will be in effect from Monday 22 February until Monday 12 April 2021.
Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident and vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it's possible
and safe to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time.
