Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Demolition of extension, erection of new build residential (co-living) development and conversion of existing Category B listed building to residential (co-living) use (sui generis) with a commercial unit to be used for retail (Class 1), professional services (Class 2), food and drink (Class 3), office (Class 4) or leisure (Class 11), landscaping, parking and associated works at 67 - 73 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TD. A public consultation will be held online at www.73CarltonPlace.co.uk from 10th May until 31st May 2021. Any comments can be made via the webpage or by email to 73carltonplace@iceniprojects.com. All comments to be submitted by 31st May 2021.
