TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 & THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020 & THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONOVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2021 Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site at former College Goods Yard adjacent to No.4 Parsonage Square, Glasgow, by Get Living Group (Glasgow) Limited for a mixed-use development comprising retail (Class 1), food and drink (Class 3 and Sui Generis), business and commercial uses (Class 2 and Class 4), non-residential institutions (Class 10), assembly and leisure (Class 11), residential (Build to Rent and Sui Generis), student accommodation and associated ancillary works. An interactive web based public consultation will be held online at www.highstreetgoodsyard.scot for a period of 25 days from 11 October 2021 until 5 November 2021 and will include a live interactions event on Thursday 14 October from 2pm to 8pm, where members of the project team will be available to respond to questions submitted through an online web chat system. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
