ADVERTISEMENT STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BY ROYAL LONDON MUTUAL INSURANCE SOCIETY LIMITED ON VACANT LAND TO NORTH AND EAST OF HALBEATH RETAIL PARK, HALBEATH ROAD/KINGSEAT
Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited intends to submit a planning application to Fife Council for permission for a major development involving the extension of the existing retail park to include class 1, 2 and 3 units, car parking, servicing, landscaping and ancillary works.
A public exhibition of the proposals will be held:
Halbeath Community Centre, Guttergates Road, Halbeath, KY11 8EB
Thursday 30 April 4pm - 8pm
Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited would welcome any comments from people who have an interest in the proposals and would like
further information. Any person who wishes to make comments regarding the
proposals is invited to send their comments in writing to the Royal London
Mutual Insurance Society Limited, c/o Halbeath Development Team, 34-36 Rose Street North Lane, Edinburgh EH2 2NP by Friday 6th May 2016.
As this is the pre-planning application stage, any comments should be made
directly to Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited and not to Fife Council. In due course all interested parties will have an opportunity to make comments on the proposal to Fife Council at the time the planning
application is submitted. Relevant neighbours will also be notified at that
time by the council. It should be noted that plans and details presented at
the public exhibition may be subject to change prior to the submission of the planning application, whether or not in response to the comments expressed
by interested parties at this stage. Further public information will be given regarding the planning application when it is submitted.
