LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996 (Article 23) Notice of application for the transfer and a renewal of a licence Petty Sessions District of Enniskillen County Court Division of Fermanagh & Tyrone TAKE NOTICE that W & R Holdings Inns Ltd whose registered office is at 41-43 Main Street Limavady, BT49 0EP intends to apply to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen Courthouse, East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, BT74 7BW on the 3rd day of April 2017 at 10.30 a.m. for the transfer to them of a licence at present held by JD Wetherspoon Plc whose registered office is at Wetherspoon House, Central Park Reeds Crescent Watford Hertfordshire, England for the premises at 11-13 Townhall Street, Enniskillen being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely 5(1)(a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or offthe premises A Protection Order authorising the applicant to carry on the business under the licence was granted by the above court on 23rd day of January 2017 for the period of six months from the date of the order

The applicant is the owner of the business carried on under the licence of which the following persons are directors; Willis McLaughlin and Ryan McLaughlin.
Both directors have executive control. The owner of the premises is Jeeves
WR Ltd.
No alteration such as is specified in Article 31 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 has been made to the premises since the licence was last renewed (or in the case of a first renewal, since it was granted). As the existing licence is due to expire on the 30th of September 2017 TAKE NOTICE that at the same time it is intended to apply to the Court to renew the licence until the expiration of the next licensing year i.e. the 30th day of September 2022 before transferring it to the applicant. The licence will be deposited with the clerk of the petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which the licence is sought who intends to object to this application must in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the Order, serve notice of his intention to object upon the applicant and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the herein before mentioned Magistrates' Court sitting on the grounds of either failure to comply with the correct procedure and/ or the unfitness of the applicant and/or the business or the ancillary business carried on in the said premises under the licence having been discontinued.
