(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND)
Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) – Pre-Application Consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at derelict land north of Maxwell Road (postal address: 60 Maxwell Road, Pollokshields, Glasgow, G41 1PR.
A public drop-in exhibition will be held on Saturday 13th January 2018 (1pm to 7pm) in the Tramway, 25 Albert Drive, Glasgow, G41 2PE.
This will be the main public exhibition for the purpose of statutory Pre Application Consultation. Sufficient information will be provided for people to comment on the proposed development. The event will be staffed by representatives of the applicant and design team, who will be available to provide information, answer questions and take comments.
Persons wishing to make comments to the prospective applicant may do so in person at the exhibition on 13th January 2018, or by writing directly to Nick Wright Planning, 276 Main Road, Elderslie, Johnstone, PA5 9EF, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All comments should be submitted by Monday 22nd January 2018.
A second staffed public exhibition on 10th February 2018 will display the proposals for which planning consent will be sought. This will also take place between 1pm and 7pm in the Tramway, 25 Albert Drive, Glasgow, G41 2PE.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal to the City Council.
