Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at site bounded by Govan Road, Napier Road, Clyde Walkway and Govan Old Parish Church including Pearce Street, Water Row and Napier Terrace for masterplan for Water Row and surrounding sites to include phased development proposals for mixed new build residential and commercial uses with associated access, parking, open space, renewable energy infrastructure scheme, and public realm works.
A public meeting will be held at Pearce Institute, 840-860 Govan Rd, Glasgow, G51 3UU on 3rd May 2018 from 3pm-7pm. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
