OH the weather outside is frightful … but Glasgow Taxi drivers are just delightful!

“So this is Christmas. And what have you done. Another year over. And a new one just begun.”

After a run of false start festive seasons due to a prolonged dose of the old you-know-what, Glasgow’s Christmas is back with a bang. 

On a very happy note, Thursday of last week marked the 80th birthday of the peerless Sir Billy Connolly, and what a man he is.

JUST another day at the office” goes the saying, however there is no such thing as just another day when you are a Glasgow Taxi driver.

THE 2022 World Cup starts this Sunday and when I say I’m not that excited you need to believe me when I tell you that’s little to do with Scotland not being there.

One of the biggest myths Glasgow taxi drivers face is the pre-conceived notion of many members of the public that the challenges facing the trade here are a “Glasgow problem”.
