John Mayall, dubbed the "Godfather of British Blues", is releasing a new album of unrecorded songs to celebrate turning 80 last year.
The album, A Special Life, celebrates his career, during which he inspired musicians including Eric Clapton, Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac and one-time Stone Mick Taylor.
