SCOTTISH singer and X Factor finalist Nicholas McDonald is coming home to where it all began, with a performance at the Scottish Music Awards in Glasgow.
Nicholas, who released his debut album, In The Arms of the Angel, after making it to the final of X Factor last year, said he was excited to be starting on his second album.
The ceremony, on November 29 at the Old Fruitmarket, is in aid of Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy in Scotland, a charity which uses music to improve the lives of people affected by life- limiting illnesses.
Nicholas, who was diagnosed with heart condition Long QT Syndrome at an early age, said he needed music to "find another way to release my energy."
