Zayn Malik tweeted a reply at Louis after he made a thinly veiled swipe - presumably in relation to a photo of Zayn with new producer Naughty Boy who is working on his solo album.
Naughty Boy posted an edited photo featuring Zayn Malik with the shady caption 'replace this' - which Louis seemingly took issue with.
Louis made the snide remark, gaining thousands of retweets – but Zayn gave as good as he got in a cutting reply.

Louis had clashed with the producer on Twitter in March after he implied he had 'saved' Zayn from the boy band and linked their new demo video.
He Tweeted at Naughty Boy: "Wow @NaughtyBoyMusic you're so inconsiderate pal, seriously how f****** old are you ? Grow up! #masterofallwisdom" and said that he had upset their fans - while Naughty Boy said it was in relation to Louis Walsh.
No love lost there, then.
