A NEW Glasgow restaurant is capitalising on one of the biggest food trends of 2017.
Temaki has served up 2,500 Sushi burritos since it opened in the middle of December on Hope Street opposite the Grand Central Hotel.
Japanese and Korean restaurant Temaki blends New York inspired street food flavours and locally-sourced Scottish seafood.
Temaki owner, Kasia Koziel said: “The idea for Temaki came from my wanderlust for New York and San Francisco.
"As soon as I tasted a Sushi Burrito I knew that I wanted to bring that Japanese, Mexican fusion to Glasgow with a side of incredible and authentic street tastes."
