A much-loved Glasgow café has announced it is closing next month.
The Cabin at the Quay will trade for the last time on Friday, September 1 before moving on to "new things".
The eatery operates from a cabin at the Lancefield Quay in the city and is known for its coffee, soups, sandwiches and toasties.
A spokesperson said: "We just wanted to let you know that August will be our last month of business as we move on to new things.
"Thank you all so much for your loyalty over the years, it’s been a great business and we’ve loved our time down here.
"We had hoped to pass on the reigns to another independent business but unfortunately that’s not possible for reasons outwith our control so as it stands we don’t know what the future plans for our pitch are.
"But we will be here for the whole month so come and get your fill while you can! Plenty of falafel still to be had!"
One customer replied: "Aw good luck my pals! Long live the loaded fries."
Another said: "WHAT?! Noooo. You’ll be missed, Kev and others. All the best."
A third added: "You (and the three cheese and chipotle toasties) will be so missed!"
