A Glasgow cinema has announced it has to increase ticket prices amid rising costs.
The Glasgow Film Theatre (GFT) revealed the change will apply to standard, concession and child tickets.
From September 29, a standard ticket will cost £11.50, an increase of 60p.
A concession ticket will cost £8.50, an increase of 60p.
A child ticket will cost £6.60, an increase of 60p.
A CineCard will cost £48, an increase of £3.
There will be no increases to the cinema's 15-25 card, Friday matinees, Tuesday Treats and Event Cinema or non-standard shows such as Movie Memories, Access Film Club and Visible Cinema.
Ticket prices at the GFT have not increased since 2019 but the company said it has to apply the increase since their costs have grown 'considerably'.
