SINGER Darius Campbell will tread the boards at Glasgow’s King’s Theatre this summer in a production of Funny Girl.
The Bearsden-born star, who is best known for being a contestant in Pop Idol, will join West End leading lady Natasha J Barnes from Tuesday, May 30 to Saturday, June 3.
The pair are reprising their roles from the critically acclaimed and record-breaking sold-out runs at the Menier Chocolate Factory and Savoy Theatre.
Funny Girl brought global fame to songstress Barbra Streisand 50 years ago, and boasts some of the most iconic songs in film HISTORY including People and Don’t Rain On My Parade.
