a minicab driver wanted in connection with the murder of a London businessman may have fled to Scotland.
The public has been asked not to approach Mohammed Habib, 40, whom London detectives want to talk to over the stabbing in Southall on June 5.
Ahmed Shah, 56, who dealt in property and ran an import and export business, had red chilli powder thrown over him before being attacked.
Habib, who lives in London, is said to have links to Scotland and could be travelling around, staying in bed and breakfasts.
He is 5ft 4in-6in, with brown eyes, black hair and a prominent beard.
Police said it was possible he may recently have received medical treatment for injuries.
Anyone with information should call police on 0208 358 0200 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
