ALMOST half of Scots workers feel guilty about taking lunch breaks, a survey has revealed.
The research, commissioned by All Bar One on St Vincent Street, found 79% of men and women had skipped lunch because they were too busy to stop work.
And 10% said they had been reprimanded by their boss for taking a lunch break. But 62% found their productivity increased if they took a proper lunch break.
Kate Peers, senior marketing manager at All Bar One, said: "Our survey show that missing lunch breaks is a strong trend sweeping across Scotland."
