Japanese bhoy Shunsuke Nakamura will be a Celtic player next season, according to his agent.
The 30-year-old midfielder had been linked with a move to Serie A club Bologna, something both Celtic and the Italians deny.
Naka's agent has insisted the player has had no change of plan. It is believed he will fulfil the final year of his Hoops contract before returning to his homeland to play for Yokohoma Mariners.
"Nakamura is happy to stay at Celtic and he is looking forward to next season," said Tommaso Angelini, the player's agent.
"He has always stated that once he finished playing at Celtic then he will go home to Japan and that remains his position. He is on holiday now but is looking forward to returning for pre-season training."
lDundee United are in talks to bring Irishman Willo Flood back to Tannadice.
The midfielder was a big hit for Craig Levein's side during his loan spell from Cardiff City last term and the United boss wants to snap him up permanently.
Levein said: "It's something I would like to do, but at this stage I can't say it's definitely going to happen."
lHibs manager Mixu Paatelainen has revealed how Fabian Yantorno is winning his bid to win a deal at Hibs.
The former Gretna midfielder was allowed to use Hibs training facilities as he returns to full fitness from a knee ligament injury.
And Paatelainen has been so impressed he could be ready to now offer him a new deal.
He said: "Fabian has a great attitude, he's improving immensely and is training hard.
"He's in pre-season and though he's not able to take part in ball work, he is kicking it and running with the group.
"But if he gets fit, he could be in a Hibs jersey."
