NOT another great week - I got a bug last week so barely managed to do any exercise.
I swam one day and did my one mile run around Clydebank Business Park which took me 10 minutes, so at least I'm not getting worse.
Beginning to appreciate how hard it can be to fit training around a busy schedule. I'm up at 4.30am to do the Clyde 1 Breakfast Show then have Miss UK commitments - all I want to do when I get home is sleep!
However, I've been pretty active this week. I took part in a charity yoga session to promote healthy living in Scotland and did a charity abseil down the largest free-standing building in Scotland, the Glasgow Science Tower.
Only a handful of lucky people have had the opportunity to do this - but standing at the top, more than 100m up, I didn't feel very lucky, I felt terrified!
Part of me is starting to panic about the 10K, but after the challenges I've had this week I'm sure I'll manage. Still, I think I'll hit the treadmill next week. To hear more about Nicola's training tune in to the Clyde 1 Breakfast Show.
