A shopping Centre in Newton Mearns is getting involved with a charity run.
Michelle McCabe, manager at The Avenue Shopping Centre, is training for the 10k Greaves Sports Running Festival at Rouken Glen Park, Giffnock on Sunday June 5 with 30 retailers from the centre.
They hope to raise funds for Cash for Kids which provides a helping hand to local children.
Michelle said: "This run is a great way to show our team spirit and willingness to come together to raise funds for a good cause."
And to make sure she completes the course, Michelle is receiving one-to-one training from Peter Nash, gym manager at Parklands Country Club, sponsor of the runners dubbed Team Avenue.
