Manchester City officials have met with AC Milan as the Italian club steps up their bid to sign Carlos Tevez.
The Serie A giants want Tevez to join them but have asked for the initial deal to be on loan, with a commitment to buy at the end of the season. However, City say they are not interested and want a straight transfer."
lFormer Hibs star and Brechin boss Michael O'Neill was today offered the job of Northern Ireland manager, reports claimed. O'Neill, who previously managed Shamrock Rovers, would take over from Nigel Worthington.
