TWO men have been arrested over separate drug seizures worth thousands of pounds.
Cocaine worth around £20,000 was found in a car stopped by police in Arden in the South Side of Glasgow.
Officers searched the car at around 6.45pm yesterday and arrested a 27-year-old man.
In a separate incident at around 7.30pm, a car was stopped and searched in Aikenhead Road and diazepam tablets were found.
The drugs are believed to have a street value of around £1000, police said.
A 29-year-old man was arrested.
The two incidents are not believed to be connected.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal and both men are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow.
