CUSTOMERS who take part in a survey about their water services could win shopping vouchers.
Scottish Water is offering customers who take part in a major consultation on the future of water and waste water services the chance to win £100 worth of retail vouchers.
And they are keen to hear the views of as many people in Scotland as possible.
The utilities giant is seeking views on the future water charge levels and the extent to which customers would like to see less or more service improvements in return.
The consultation, which runs until Tuesday, February 12, also sets out Scottish Water's future plans to ensure it can continue providing high quality drinking water to all customers, protect and enhance the environment and invest in future water services.
Everyone who responds to the consultation will be entered into a prize draw, and five winners will collect Marks and Spencer vouchers worth £100 each.
Douglas Millican, interim chief executive of Scottish Water, said: "It's vital that we don't take water for granted.
"That's why I'd encourage everyone to have their say."
