MORE than 70% of Scots have seen litter dropped in the past three months, according to a new report from Clean Up Scotland.
Jeremy Purvis, Campaign Director of Clean Up Scotland, said: "These shocking results expose in full the litter epidemic which we face in Scotland.
"There are an estimated 250 million pieces of litter dropped each year on our streets, in our parks and on our beaches. It is Scotland's secret disgrace."
