A GLASGOW film-maker is celebrating success as his puppet movie goes international.
The Greyness of Autumn, a short film created by Scotstoun-based company Quick Off The Mark Productions, has been chosen to play at this year's Big Little Comedy Festival in Cleveland, Ohio.
The movie features Danny, an ostrich living in Scotland, who is finding life difficult after losing both his job and girlfriend in the same day.
It has already been screened in Scotland, including airings at the Edinburgh Short Film and Glasgow Deep Fried festivals, but this next showing will be the first time the film has travelled overseas.
Chris Quick, co-creator of the 14-minute film, said: "It's mind-blowing to think that our film will be shown in the United States.
"We always feared that the accents would be misunderstood overseas but its good to know that our American friends haven't had that bother and have accepted the film with open arms."
