TWO men have died in a road crash near Glasgow.
Police are appealing for information following the incident which happened on the A736 in Hillington early today.
A Honda Civic and a Hackney taxi collided on the A736, Hillington Road, south east of its junction with Deanside Road, Renfrew.
The crash caused both vehicles to leave the road and mount the footpath, where the Honda collided with a tree and the taxi hit a fence.
Two men in the Honda Civic, the 23 year-old driver and his passenger, who was 25, died at the scene.
The 56 year-old driver of the taxi was uninjured. His 44 year-old male passenger was treated for minor injuries at the Southern General Hospital from where he has since been released.
