AN American sports clothing and accessories company is selling direct to city centre shoppers in Glasgow for the first time.
Under Armour has set up shop in the flagship store of Greaves Sports in Gordon Street.
The Baltimore-based company which sells a range of clothes from men's underwear to hoodies as well as thermo clothing has chosen the Greaves store to set up its first retail space in Scotland's biggest city.
The Glasgow retailer reckons it's a major coup after Under Armour decided to launch from 550sq ft of "custom designed" space.
Greaves Sports managing director Sandy Greaves said: "We don't give up space in our stores easily but Under Armour is one of the most exciting brands out there and this will be the benchmark for the brand in the UK."
