Police uncovered drugs worth £1.1 million in a van they pulled over on a motorway.
Officers from the Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism Unit stopped and searched the vehicle on the M74 at Larkhall, South Lanarkshire, yesterday.
They discovered around 110 kilograms of amphetamine sulphate, or speed.
A 43-year-old man was arrested and is expected to appear at Lanark Sheriff Court tomorrow.
