DOZENS of jobs are on the horizon for the East End.
Dalmarnock community activist and local councillor Yvonne Kucuk has a series of meetings planned in a bid to create up to 50 jobs for local youngsters.
She's hoping to secure a number of apprenticeships after work started on the Dalmarnock Legacy Hub being built next to the Emirates Arena and Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome at a cost of more than £3million.
It will include a nursery and Yvonne also hopes to strike up a deal with college chiefs to lay on HND/HNC courses in childcare.
