A WEBSITE has been launched to boost investment into the city's science industry.
The online portal for Glasgow City of Science promotes the region as a world-class science hub, highlighting opp-ortunities and allowing local entrepreneurs to showcase their work.
Dr Susie Mitchell, the programme's director, said: "We hope the new site will showcase Glasgow and the West of Scotland's distinctive offer for science.
"Acting as a common platform for science and innovation, the site will support the region in driving new investment inwards.
"Our focus was creating an easy-to-use online hub which promotes our many attributes while acting as a useful resource for established organisations."
The project has been created collaboratively by more than 50 org-anisations which want to raise the city's profile as an international science destination.
