A UK-WIDE restaurant chain is the latest to arrive at one of Glasgow's largest shopping centres.
Giraffe is expanding its Scottish presence by opening at Tesco Extra at Silverburn, in Barrhead Road.
The business was the brainchild of husband and wife team Juliette and Russel Joffe, together with their long- term friend Andrew Jacobs.
It is owned by Tesco but continues to be run by the original founders.
Giraffe operates in 59 restaurants in the UK, five of which are located in airports, and has restaurants in the United Arab Emirates.
The restaurant's ent-rance will be marked by a 10ft giraffe.
The Evening Times revealed last month Silverburn's owners have submitted a planning application to expand the centre, on the opposite side of the M77.
