A MAN has been arrested after the body of a 43-year-old woman was found at a flat in Glasgow's West End.
Police Scotland made the arrest late yesterday after following up what they said was a "positive line of enquiry".
As reported in later editions of last night's Evening Times, officers confirmed they were treating the death as suspicious.
The woman's body was found at a flat in Carrbridge Drive, in Maryhill, on Sunday at 4.20pm.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "A male has been arrested and is presently being detained in police custody."
