THE FORMER finance boss of Glasgow's biggest social landlord has appeared in court on a peeping tom-style charge.
Mark Logan, who was dismissed as the financial director of the Wheatley Group, and was arrested on Friday May 13.
He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday May 16, under Section 9 of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
The 47-year-old is charged under sections 9.1 and 9.4, which relate to voyeurism and recording "a private act...without another person consenting".
Mr Logan made no plea or declaration and was released on bail.
A date for his next court appearance is yet to be set by the Procurator Fiscal.
The Evening Times understands Mr Logan was dismissed by the Wheatley Group on Friday May 13.
According to the firm's website, he has been replaced by Steven Henderson who has taken up the role of Interim Group Director of Finance.
