DJ Suzie McGuire was left in tears after reading one of her daughter's birthday messages to her following her arrest last weekend.
The mum-of-four posted the heartfelt words on her Facebook page yesterday as she celebrated with her family.
The message read: "You are the best mum ever, thank you for being strong through everything.
"You have the most amazing smile, just keep using it.
This is your day, let's make it the best."
Suzie and her family enjoyed her birthday at Lochearn Head.
She Facebooked: "Having a lovely birthday chilling by the loch in the sunshine with a large piñot grigio and my handsome fiancé and babies #happy thank you all so much for lovely messages."
Last week the former Radio Clyde presenter spent three days in a cell after being arrested for alleged phone threats against her ex-husband Derek Mitchell.
She denies the charges.
The presenter was picked up from court by her new fiancee Kevin Irvine who proposed to the Scottish radio star in April.
Suzie's ex-husband Derek Mitchell, 35, was convicted of domestic assaults on her back in 2014.
