Mysterious soldiers were today spotted in Glasgow to mark the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme.
People wearing the uniforms of World War I soldiers handed out cards with names and details of those who lost their lives while fighting.
The young men also gathered at train stations in Newcastle and Blackpool, dressed in the military uniforms worn at the time of the war.
Their campaign was trending on social media under the hashtag #wearehere with users posting images of the unusual sight.
