A 'Marvel'lous little dog is seeking a new home after being found wandering on Glasgow's streets.
Spiderman, a loveable six-year-old Lurcher, was found wandering the streets as a stray.
It is believed the lucky warden that found him named him after the superhero thanks to his quick reflexes, speed and ability to jump very high.
Like any superhero, takes his time getting to know new people. After a few meetings at the rehoming centre to help build a relationship, Spiderman is sure to ‘stick’ by your side.
Sandra Lawton, Rehoming Centre Manager at Dogs Trust Glasgow, said: “Spiderman definitely lives up to his name as he has big piercing eyes and is a fast learner, especially when there is a tasty treat involved. He can live with children aged 10 years old and over and would need his own secure garden to continue his training.
“He needs an experienced home with someone who is around for most of the day as he prefers not to be alone. Spiderman would benefit from an experienced owner who understands typical lurcher behaviour.”
