A MAN caught swinging off the roof of a bowling club was admonished by a sheriff.
On March 12, 2017 neighbours at St Rollox Bowling Club saw Stewart Angus drag a large wooden box across the green, hurl it over a railing and clamber on it before making his way to the roof.
He was then seen swinging off a drain pipe, which broke.
The 33-year-old told cops he'd spotted a leak he was going to fix but his father told police he had no businesses being on the roof and he was collared for intent to commit theft.
Sheriff Allan Findlay admonished Angus, of no fixed address, of the charge.
