The couple also revealed a wedding might be around the corner.
Hoops winger Sinclair, 28, said of finding out he was to be a dad: “It was a little bit of a surprise.
“I was away in Dubai with my family. Helen couldn’t come as she was filming. She found out on a Thursday but had to wait until I got home five days later to tell me.”
Helen added: “I did three more tests just to make sure it was correct! I had a very strong feeling I was pregnant, so I wasn’t surprised. I was very happy, but I was a bit taken aback as this baby wasn’t in the plan. I knew I would feel a lot better once I’d told Scott.”
